Focus of a Nation
Now as the manufacturing has shifted out of US,what US can hope to lead in the market place is in the systems,design & engineering.What this means is America should concentrate more on projects which are designed to manufacture or engineer systems for excellence.Academically US people should concentrate maximum on research,study & application development.
What is being advocated is a reversal of Outsourcing in Technology stream.As more & more management related work gets assigned to US,US would become a global leader in operation of enterprises worldwide.Whether it is planning ,development or implementation of IT applications for corporate or establishing systems of efficiencies across enterprises,economies worldwide will look up to US.
Al l these together with some systems change will make US the world super power in technology & the economic super power.

America's Turnaraound
Well,every one says that the worst is not over for USA again & there is another recession in the near future.The reason people subscribe to this is mostly centered around the external debt of US as well as the IT spending of the companies.This looks most obvious.Like a doctor treating a new disease,if one starts thinking differently,then there might be a opportunity to cross all economic obstacles & become a Super economy once again.
The prescription is quite straight & simple going forward.Previously USA dominated because of all revolutionary things that could happen have happened here.Whether it is modern manufacturing or scientific management or infinite consumption,all were available in bounty.For any country to sustain & grow,the most important thing is what can be offered as a No 1 supplier in the world is the crucial factor.This accompanied by certain changes in the systems,people's belief's & attitude etc will bring the desired change in double quick time.
